The staff and students of the Faculty of Renewable Natural Resources of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology planted over 2000 trees at the University’s plantation site at Kwamo, near Ejisu on the10th June 2022 as part of the ‘Green Ghana Day’ Project. 

 

In a parallel exercise, the student associations of the Faculty with support from the Ghana Institute of Foresters led a tree planting exercise at the Appiadu Basic School.  

The tree planting exercise was also preceded with a donation of assorted drinks to the school.
